Laura Ercolino, Foundress of Hope’s Garden

Laura, through personal experience, has learned to use therapeutic tools integrated with her Catholic faith to engage her whole self – mind, heart, soul, and body – in the healing process. As Laura has come to know Christ the Bridegroom and experience His authentic spousal love, He has healed her physical, emotional, and psychological wounds and continues to heal her heart.

Father Michael Stalla, M.Div, MA, Spiritual Advisor

Father Michael Stalla was ordained a priest in the Diocese of Cleveland in 2003. In 2009, he was sent to the diocesan mission in El Salvador where he was pastor for six years. After that he was the pastor of Ss. Cosmas & Damian Parish in Twinsburg, OH for 8 years before moving to his current position of Director of Pastoral Formation for St. Mary Seminary and Graduate School of Theology in the Diocese of Cleveland OH. Our Mission

Hope’s Garden is a sanctuary where individuals encounter the spousal love of Christ the Bridegroom, as embodied by all who serve and minister to them in this safe place.

Our mission is to accompany and guide women on their healing journey, especially those who have suffered spousal and/or familial wounds. Together, with Christ, we will clothe them in His garment of dignity and grace so they might see their true, untainted dignity. As He heals the hearts of women, they will be empowered to share His love and healing with their spouses, children, and in all their relationships. Christ the Bridegroom will heal and transform hearts, marriages, and families; restoring the safety and peace in the domestic church.

  • A variety of coaching options (Catholic coaching, CHRIST program coaching)
  • Weekly support groups for those suffering from betrayal trauma, domestic violence, family of origin trauma or simply in need of empathy and support.

The Bridegroom is coming. The ancient Israelites were waiting for the Bridegroom of Yahweh to come and save them. He is coming in our time as the Bridegroom of each unique, unrepeatable, and cherished soul. He comes desiring to heal and restore the purity of our wounded hearts.

The father of lies with his distortions of God’s truths regarding love, sex, and marriage has attacked each soul on a deeply personal and intimate level and his destruction has insidiously infected our hearts, our homes, the culture, the Church, the world. And so the Bridegroom comes to each soul, inviting us to a deeply personal and intimate encounter, a spousal relationship. And soon His incomprehensible beautiful spousal love will pour out of all of the hearts He touches and like a flood of life-giving cleansing Water the desert world will come alive and bloom with flowers of dignity, grace, and mercy.
