What Others Are Saying:
Kudos and ‘thank you’ to Laura Ercolino for designing and sharing Hope’s Garden Christ Program. Our world needs it more than ever as we navigate this crazy busy, technology-driven, rapidly-changing and overstimulating world.
This is a straightforward and profoundly helpful program for anyone wanting to bring Christ to the forefront of their relationships and learn healthy patterns of behavior and thinking.

About the Instructor:
Laura Ercolino, Foundress of Hope’s Garden
The CHRIST Program was born out of my own healing journey. I was introduced to DBT, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, in 2012 when I was in treatment for an eating disorder. In the years that followed, I continued to learn DBT skills as a means to help myself and my children as we journeyed through chaotic times and healing from multiple traumas.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy was developed by Marsha Linehan,Ph.D., ABPP. DBT is an evidence-based therapy that is highly effective in treating suicidal behavior and other complex mental health disorders.
The CHRIST Program is the integration of DBT skills and our Catholic faith. The skills I chose to include are not the whole of what Marsha Linehan created and taught but what I have found most useful both in my healing journey and in dealing with the stressors of daily life.
I am not a therapist or licensed counselor. I have had much experience as a client in DBT programs and groups. This program is the result of my experiences and personal research. I hope and pray that it will bring the life-changing tenants and skills of Marsha Linehan’s DBT to Catholic men and women so we may all experience abundant life in Christ.
Together in His Heart,
Laura
