We offer two private communities: one for Catholic women and one for Catholic men. Each is a place for sharing our joys, sorrows, triumphs and trials along the path of healing and freedom in Christ.

Hope’s Garden

Catholic Women’s Community

Hope’s Garden is for women who are seeking a deeper and more intimate relationship with God, sisterhood within a safe, supportive community. It is also a place where women will find resources for healing from betrayal, abuse, emotional wounding, or the effects of early life trauma.

Men of Hope

Catholic Men’s Community

Men of Hope welcomes any Catholic man passionate about following Christ and the examples of the saints as they live out the Catholic faith. Here you’ll find a welcoming community and supportive place to share your story, hopes, struggles, and successes with men walking a similar journey.

In both communities you will find:

  • DISCUSSION FORUMS: Opportunities to engage with others around topics and themes related to growing in our Catholic faith and progressing along our healing journey.
  • CATHOLIC SPIRITUAL DIRECTION: Spiritual reflection videos and podcasts from our spiritual advisor, Father Michael Stalla.
  • SKILLS FOR LIVING A CHRIST-CENTERED LIFE: Discover the Hope’s Garden CHRIST Program, Catholic, prayerful and practical skills for living rooted in Christ.
  • WEEKLY SUPPORT GROUPS: Join live (virtual) groups to share needs and intentions, and experience the power of communal prayer in a caring, God-centered environment.
  • MONTHLY WORKSHOPS: Attend workshops with Catholic presenters, focused on aspects of our faith and healing to aid us in living out Catholic values in today’s world, and deepening our relationship with the Lord.
